EGDM Italy is an indipendent corporate advisory firm that assist its customer with M&A and debt advisory services with focus on Renewable Energy. EGDM is part of Etica Group, an independent financial advisor and credit broker enrolled in the OAM Register, regulated by Bank of Italy.

Team

Our team has expertise and diverse experience in the renewable sector. The focus ranges from structured finance, corporate finance and M&A advisory across the renewable energy sector in Italy covering numerous technologies including solar, wind, biomass, across greenfield and brownfield scenarios.

Dott. Stefano Preti
Graduated in Business Economics at University of Brescia (Italy), more than a decade of experience in Renewable Energy advisory. Former business developer Renewable energy at Ubi Leasing Bank.
Dott. Vittorio Cò
Graduated in Business Economics at University of Brescia, more than twenty years of experience in corporate financial advisory. Former chief development manager for Milano and Brescia at Ubileasing Bank, UBI Group
Dott.ssa Alessandra Cristi
Graduated in Business Economics at University of Brescia. Alessandra is chief of accounting and administration, with more than 20 years in this role.

Since the beginning we always tried to meet the needs of our customers: we supported entrepreneurs and Investment Funds to find financial solutions to build their Renewable Energy facilities, international investors to find profitable opportunity of investment in the Pv market and development company to sell their projects.

With 10 years experience in PV services, as projects finance and advisory in M&A we built a large network of consolidated relationship in the PV supply chain.

EGDM Italy offers its customers Development Management services in the Renewable Energy sector with focus on PV in Grid parity.

We advise clients on M&A, debt and equity raise and we work to create renewable energy platforms with diverse assets and portfolios. Due to our consolidated relationship with engineering firm and other development Company EGDM Italy is able to offer investors a large pipeline of solar projects at different stage of development, from greenfield to ready to Build, in different italian Regions.

  • Monitoring of the development process including each step

  • Management of the Enel / Terna portal of the client and administration of the communication received by the DSO / TSO

  • Assist in the PPA outreach
